In 2014, Ningbo Zhongke started the technical transformation project of grate furnace. Under the condition of not stopping production, the whole plant was transformed, and the technology upgrade from circulating fluidized bed incineration power generation process to grate incineration power generation process was realized. The project is located in Baisha Village, Wangfu Street Office, Gangkou District, Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The implementation of this project has played an important role in improving the sanitary environment and urban quality of Fangchenggang City.
The daily treatment scale of the project is 1000d/t, and the supporting construction is 2*500d/t mechanical grate furnace +9MW steam turbine +12MW generator, with an annual treatment of 360,000 tons of household waste.
