以“和美乡村”为主题展开文化创意设计，
深耕海南本土文化，助力海南自贸港建设与乡村振兴。
Cultural and creative design with the theme of "Harmonious and Beautiful Countryside", deeply cultivate Hainan's local culture, Contributing to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port and rural revitalization.
大赛简介 Competition Introduction
习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中强调，建设宜居宜业和美乡村；2023年中央一号文件对扎实推进宜居宜业和美乡村建设作出重点部署。和美乡村建设强调“善治”“因地制宜”及“高质量发展”，是实现中国式现代化的重要举措。从美丽乡村到和美乡村，强调乡村建设不仅要有形还要有魂，而设计创意是赋形以魂的重要手段。为此，大赛组委会拟于2023年9月至12月举办第六届“国际大学生旅游文创设计大赛”及“国际设计岛高峰论坛”。以赛事贡献创意力量，推进海南自贸港建设的创新设计，以国际化、产业化、时尚化、生活化、特色化的创意设计塑造“海南和美乡村”品牌形象，助力海南自贸港的和美乡村建设，孵化优秀的海南和美乡村样板。
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to build a beautiful countryside that is livable, suitable for industry, and beautiful; the No. 1 Central Document of 2023 made key arrangements for solidly promoting the systematic work. Harmonious rural construction emphasizes "good governance", "adaptation to local conditions" and "high-quality development" ,which is an important measure to achieve Chinese-style modernization. From beautiful countryside to harmonious countryside, it is emphasized that rural construction must not only be tangible but also have a core ideal. Design creativity is an important means of achieving that. The competition organizing committee plans to hold the 6th "International College Student Tourism Cultural and Creative Design Competition" and "International Design Island Summit Forum" from September to December 2023, promoting innovative design and creative power through competitions in the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, shaping the brand image of "Hainan Harmonious Countryside" with international, industrial, fashionable, life-oriented and characteristic creative designs, and helping the harmonious development of Hainan Free Trade Port. We expect more excellent submissions on the theme.
参赛规定 Competition regulations
1. 主题突出 Prominence of the theme
参赛作品须聚焦海南和美乡村建设，彰显海南文化精神内涵。运用创意设计手法展现“和美乡村”的价值内核，参赛作品须富有国际视野和艺术感染力。
Works are expected to focus on the harmonious rural construction of Hainan and highlight the spiritual connotation of Hainan culture. Use creative design techniques to show the core value of "harmony and beautiful countryside", and the design works should have an international perspective and artistic appeal.
2. 便于转化 Easy to commercialize
突出文化创意与相关产业融合发展理念，参赛作品应有较好的市场开发前景，便于转化成体现海南和美乡村文化的旅游商品。
Highlighting the concept of integrated development of cultural creativity and related industries, entries should have good market prospects and be easily transformed into tourism products that reflect the harmonious rural culture of Hainan.
3. 注重原创 Focus on originality
参赛作品必须为原创，不得侵犯第三方权利。参赛作品中不得出现任何与参赛者有关的信息。若应征方案发生侵权纠纷，由作者本人（或单位）承担相应的法律责任，并取消参选资格。
The submissions must be original. No information about the entrant is allowed to appear in the entry. If an infringement dispute occurs with the submitted proposal, the author (or the organization) shall assume the corresponding legal liability and be disqualified from participating.
4. 合法合规 Legal compliance
合乎中国现行法律法规要求，作品内容不得违反任何中国宪法及法律规定。
It complies with the requirements of Chinese current laws and regulations, and the content of the work must not violate any Chinese constitution and legal provisions.
参赛资格 Participant eligibility
国内外在校大学生（含专科生、本科、硕士研究生、博士研究生）
Domestic and foreign college students (including junior college students, undergraduate students, master students, and doctoral students)
参赛要求 Entry requirements
本次大赛不收取任何参赛费，其他费用自理。
There is no entry fee for this competition, and other expenses will be at your own expense.
作品类别 Work Category
本届大赛按六大类别征集作品 The competition includes six categories as below
1. 平面设计类 Graphic design
选取海南及各地具有潜力的乡村为对象，进行插画设计、海报设计、书籍设计、IP形象设计等平面设计作品。
Graphic design for villages in Hainan or other places ,by means of illustration design, poster design, book design, and IP design.
2. 包装设计类 Packaging design
面向海南及各地乡村的旅游伴手礼包装设计，如特色美食、热带水果、地方特产等包装设计作品。
Packaging design for travel souvenirs in Hainan and other rural areas, such as special food, tropical fruits, local specialties and other packaging design works.
3. 产品设计类 Product design
围绕海南及各地乡村文化所进行的产品设计，包括但不仅限于生活用品、办公文具、旅游装备、时尚消费品等。
Product design centered on the rural culture of Hainan and other places, including but not limited to daily necessities, office stationery, travel equipment, Consumer Fashion Goods, etc.
4. 数字媒体设计类 Digital media design
基于海南及各地乡村文化所进行的数字媒体设计作品。包括APP、动画、游戏、微电影、宣传片等。
Digital media design works based on rural culture in Hainan and other places. Including APP, animation, games, micro-movies, promotional videos, etc.
5. 环境与空间设计类 Environment and Space Design
选择海南及各地乡村，进行环境与建筑设计、园林园艺设计、景观设计及各类规划设计，包括乡村环境改造、生态农业、公共艺术、精品民宿等作品。
Environmental and architecture design based on villages in Hainan and other places, garden design, landscape design and planning design, including rural environmental Renovation, ecological agriculture, public art, boutique B&B and other works.
6. 工艺美术类 Art and Crafts
围绕海南及各地乡村的陶瓷、纺织品、雕塑、金属工艺、玻璃、竹木等工艺美术类型的设计与创作。
Design and and crafts such as ceramics, textiles, sculptures, metal crafts, glass, bamboo and wood in Hainan and other rural areas.
作品提交要求 Work submission requirements
近三年（自2020年8月1日起）创作的有关海南和美乡村且具有自主知识产权的原创作品，按类别进行报送。
Original works created in the past three years (starting from August 1, 2020) related to Hainan Harmonious Rural and with independent intellectual property rights, submit by category.
1. 静态作品 Static works
提交作品展板JPG文件，规格要求：A3尺寸、300dpi、RGB色彩模式，图片大小控制在5M以内。统一竖版构图，单个作品展板数不超过三张（请保留展板和作品建模源文件，若获奖需提交）。
Submit a JPG file for the artwork display board, with specifications of A3 size, 300dpi, RGB color mode, and digital file within 5M. Unified vertical composition, with no more than three files for a single work (please keep the source files for the follow-up procedures).
2. 动态作品 Dynamic works
除了提交作品展板JPG文件，还必须提交作品演示视频。视频格式可为avi、mkv、mp4 格式，分辨率不得低于1080p，时间长度不超过2分钟（数字媒体设计作品若无演示视频将被视为无效投稿）。
Besides JPG files for the artwork display board, a presentation video of the artwork must also be submitted. The video format can be avi, mkv, or mp4 format, with a resolution of no less than 1080p and a duration of no more than 2 minutes (digital media design works without demonstration videos will be considered invalid submissions).
奖励办法 Incentives
金 奖：每个类别 1 名，奖金10000元，获奖杯和证书。
Gold award: 1 each category, with a prize of 10000 yuan, an award cup, and a certificate.
银 奖：每个类别3名，奖金3000元，获奖杯和证书。
Silver award: 3 each category, with a prize of 3000 yuan, an award cup, and a certificate.
铜 奖：每个类别5 名，奖金1000元，获奖杯和证书。
Bronze award: 5 each category, with a prize of 1000 yuan, award cups, and certificates.
优秀奖：每个类别 15 名，颁发获奖证书。
Excellence Award: 15 students in each category will be awarded certificates.
最佳人气奖：每个类别 1 项，奖金 0.1万元，获奖证书。
The best popularity award: 1 per category, with a prize of 10000 yuan and a certificate of award
优秀指导教师奖：颁发给金奖、银奖、铜奖作品的指导教师。
Excellent instructor Award: To guide teachers who receive gold, silver, and bronze awards for their works.
优秀组织奖：向积极组织参赛的院校颁发获奖证书，并邀请出席颁奖典礼。
Excellent Organization Award: Present award certificates to actively organizing participating universities and invite them to attend the award ceremony.

作品评审 Work review
2023年11月中下旬至12月由评审委员会进行评审，并对进入终评的参赛作品进行“最佳人气奖”网络投票。
From mid to late November to December 2023, the judging committee will conduct a review and conduct an online vote for the "Best Popularity Award" for entries that have entered the final evaluation.

评审结果及相关通知将通过大赛官方公众号进行发布，请参赛者及时关注大赛官方公众号：IDCHT_Hainan。

颁奖及优秀作品展览、论坛系列活动 Awards and Outstanding Works Exhibition, Forum Series
2023年12月举办获奖作品颁奖仪式、优秀作品展览及“国际设计岛高峰论坛”。
The award ceremony ,the exhibition of outstanding works, and the "International Design Island Summit Forum" will be held in December 2023.
