Put forward project proposal according to IVD technology development trend and business development direction, implement POCT testing reagent design, research and development, form products and complete product registration, and achieve other expected results (such as obtaining invention patents, etc.);

2. Solve technical difficulties and key problems encountered in the research and development process, analyze and save the complete and effective experimental data, and meet the traceability;

3, responsible for product performance research data, production process research data and clinical research and other test plan design, test implementation and report preparation before registration;

4, responsible for the preparation of product technical information, including review, process documents and other system related information;

5. Organize product design transformation, guide purchasing, production, quality and other departments to complete product transformation;

6. Provide technical support for the preparation and explanation of product promotion, after-sales and technical support materials;

7, strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations and confidentiality system, and maintain good communication with other departments and relevant personnel;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

1, medical laboratory or hygiene laboratory, immunology, biochemistry and other related major, bachelor degree or above;

2, engaged in colloidal gold research and development for more than 5 years of work experience, or with senior professional title qualification, complete POCT reagent research and development, production and registration experience is preferred;

3, familiar with in vitro diagnostic reagent laws and regulations and quality management system;

4. Good English reading and writing ability and literature retrieval ability;

5, rigorous work, dedication, efficient, can withstand strong work pressure.
